Back to Back Pin-ins, Portland, 9-6-2015
#1
At 12:44 Engine 7 was dispatched to an MVA at 112th Ave. and Market Street.

They found a vehicle up against a telephone pole with the driver pinned in so they called for Truck 7 for extrication.

They removed doors and the roof for access to remove the driver.

At 13:14, as they were picking up their tools, they were dispatched to another pin-in on a junction ramp from I-84 to I-205.

Access was complicated because they had to go north on I-205, turn around at Sandy Boulevard and go back south on I-205.

When they reached the road back to I-84, they had to go north again, against traffic, to reach the scene.

2nd Pin-in at 13:14.

You can see an earlier rollover accident up against a tree behind Eng. 12.

The driver of the van in the foreground was looking at the first scene, lost control, rolled over and two people were pinned in.

Nice shots. Leave it to rubber-neckers to increase work load.
