Scrapping is a freakin' epidemic!



Keeps us running all day at work with stolen copper piping....



Hell - scrappers even take to the woods to look for treestands to steal!

Just read today that they are stealing the hydrant ports and operating nuts in Detroit. Water department is way understaffed to do anything about it.
