Located a couple of doors down from the paid station is the Baker Volunteer Fire Department. Two engines run from here.

That is an interesting contrast. The Big Bear Valley, Lake Arrowhead section of the county has a very high elevation that provides them with plenty of snow during the winter months.

The Southern Inyo County Volunteer Fire Department of Tecopa, Inyo County's quarters. The rest of their fleet is parked in a lot in front of the station.

Currently closed due to financial matters for the city of Pomona,  LF181 has been moved to FS 185 and E 185 closed, BC 15 however, still is housed here.
