That would be East Paterson (one t), Bergen County, a municipality that changed its name to Elmwood Park back in the 1960's. It is a common spelling error to include a second t in Paterson, West Paterson, and the former East Paterson.

I shot the Hope Hose rigs in that very spot last year, no more gas there though, they're out of the gas business.
