I just realized that although there has been plenty of discussion about the discussion of fireground tactics on Firepics, and the board management has stated several times that the board was built as a buff site and discourages tactical critiqing, it was never added to the Posting Guidelines. I have amended them with the following:

Firepics.net is a site for the enjoyment of those interested in the fire service. It is designed as a "buff" site, and because of this, no discussion of fireground tactics is allowed. Please bring your tactical discussions to http://www.firereview.net

I haven't been over to Firereview.net in quite some time, and I'm not even sure if it's running right. I'm going over there now, and may have a lot of work cut out for me today.
